The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has contracted with The Idea Guy, LLC to provide in-home installation support for households who are in need of additional assistance to successfully complete the digital transition.  Specifically, the FCC wants to ensure that seniors, those with disabilities, people for whom English is not their first language, and others are given the additional help they need to successfully complete this transition.
